I came over with 3 kids today (31/12) at 2:30pm. It was our first time and a sudden decision to come over due to rainy weather outside. Once I went over to the counter in Pasir Ris branch, the reception lady first sentence was telling us to make a booking next time. I understood rationale of it. Then we made payment and thought everything was smooth until right after payment, she said we can only go in at 3pm, without any affect. I told her it’s half hour away and i was planning to let the girls play from 2:30-3:30pm. She told us, without any affect again, that we can either play leave earlier within the 2 hour session OR she can “let us” come back within a month, but no refund. This is not an acceptable type of customer service.
Anyway, it’s another choice to bring kids n teens over on a rainy day.
Hello. I went a Sunday 7pm-9pm. The place is big enough. It was not too crowded also don't expect to be alone on the ring... Staff was kind and pro. Very good experience. Will return frequently. Also I did bring my own blades. I would definitely rent at least the helmet if I were you...
Good place to try and have some fun with roller blading and skates!
Came on a weekend night and the place was fairly full. They offer inline skates and roller skates for rent here at around 15$ including protective guards
Each session is for 2 hrs and during weekends it’s $15 per session
The size of the floor is fairly large so it doesn’t feel that cramped
They also have a vending machine here and you buy drinks
Staff are friendly and ambience was good, I quite like the songs they had
Right now it seems they are partnering with fresh so there’s some welcome pack with goodies for new joiners
The place itself is slightly hard to find if you’re not familiar with the mall, from donki you have to go up to the second level walk through the other side and through a walk bridge to the E!Hub and it’s on 5/F
Great friendly staff! They were also very helpful to those who have trouble balancing = me. I fell on my butt quite a few times as it was my first time roller skating. You definitely want to go with a friend who can skate. Unfortunately we went on a day when the a/c wasn't working to well and the equipment got a little stinky. We had a fun time though!
I went from not knowing how to skate to being able to skate properly from the brief session taught by the instructor/ staff over there. Amazing ambience, similar to a club but more age appropriate, probably the closest thing to a club considering the covid situation. Upbeat music there really kept you going and you really do have fun there.
Booked a Tuesday 7pm-9pm slot.
Lively old music, friendly staff and great experience overall. Quite fun to be able to swap the roller skates to inline once while in a session. Skates fits well and we had a blast 🙌🏻
We also recently bought new skates from them and the kindness and service is 10/10. Would recommend to get quality skating gear here too!
Great indoor activity in the east! Booked 2hr slots! It’s not that huge the area, but the number of ppl is also controlled! Skates are sprayed after every used by the staff! Vibe along the the music & lights, most ppl seems to be beginners and just there for fun so it’s not that intimidating
The rink is small, quarter size at best, but quiet and ideal to learn skating. Which in many ways nicer than a big rink thats chaos. Staff is helpful, atmosphere and music is good. Recommend if your expectations align with my review.
